RED announced as winner of the National Driving School of the Year award for the second year
RED Driving School is delighted to announce that it has been recognised as the National Driving School of the Year 2021, following voting by industry experts at Intelligent Instructor, driving instructors and learners.
After a fantastic team effort, this is the second occasion RED has won this prestigious award. The win secures the business’ position as a true leader in the driver training sector and was well earned after a tough year, where RED continuously led important industry-related dialogue and supported franchisees throughout.
The industry experts on the adjudicating panel commented that: “RED was quick to proactively work with its learners during lockdown to maintain pupil engagement and motivation, whilst developing a fair and innovative system to help deal with demand once restrictions were lifted. This school was also fair and reasonable to their franchisees by suspending fees during lockdown one and heavily reducing their fees thereafter.”
RED’s CEO Ian McIntosh says: “This is a fantastic team effort and I’d like to thank our driving instructors who played a major part in securing this recognition and helping to make RED Driving School the best in the business. The award is a huge reflection on the work put in by RED instructors who have consistently delivered outstanding customer service to learners when able to teach in what has been the most difficult of years.”
RED takes pride in this outstanding achievement as it prepares for the next driving lesson restart, due to take place on 12th April 2021.
